  15.      _p_r_s prints, on the standard output, parts or all of an SCCS file [see
  16.      _s_c_c_s_f_i_l_e(4)] in a user-supplied format.  If a directory is named, _p_r_s
  17.      behaves as though each file in the directory were specified as a named
  18.      file, except that non-SCCS files (last component of the path name does
  19.      not begin with ssss....), and unreadable files are silently ignored.  If a name
  20.      of ---- is given, the standard input is read; each line of the standard
  21.      input is taken to be the name of an SCCS file or directory to be
  22.      processed; non-SCCS files and unreadable files are silently ignored.

  24.      Arguments to _p_r_s, which may appear in any order, consist of _k_e_y_l_e_t_t_e_r
  25.      arguments, and file names.

  27.      All the described _k_e_y_l_e_t_t_e_r arguments apply independently to each named
  28.      file:

  30.           ----dddd[_d_a_t_a_s_p_e_c]   Used to specify the output data specification.  The
  31.                          _d_a_t_a_s_p_e_c is a string consisting of SCCS file _d_a_t_a
  32.                          _k_e_y_w_o_r_d_s (see _D_A_T_A _K_E_Y_W_O_R_D_S) interspersed with
  33.                          optional user supplied text.

  35.           ----rrrr[_S_I_D]        Used to specify the _S_C_C_S ID_e_n_t_i_f_i_c_a_t_i_o_n (SID) string
  36.                          of a delta for which information is desired.  If no
  37.                          SID is specified, the SID of the most recently
  38.                          created delta is assumed.

  82.      data keyword.  There is no limit on the number of times a data keyword
  83.      may appear in a _d_a_t_a_s_p_e_c.

  85.      The information printed by _p_r_s consists of:  (1) the user-supplied text;
  86.      and (2) appropriate values (extracted from the SCCS file) substituted for
  87.      the  recognized data keywords in the order of appearance in the _d_a_t_a_s_p_e_c.
  88.      The format of a data keyword value is either _S_i_m_p_l_e (S), in which keyword
  89.      substitution is direct, or _M_u_l_t_i-_l_i_n_e (M), in which keyword substitution
  90.      is followed by a carriage return.
